Location Details & Conditions

Mechanics:

  • Players can fish in Ponds to catch different types of fish for food or Biofuel.
  • After 10 minutes in-game or on Day 3, the 'Frog Invasion' begins, causing hostile Frogs to emerge from all Ponds.
  • Players can fish for Frog Keys from Ponds marked with a key icon, which are needed to access the Frog Cave.
  • A specific whirlpool pond appears on Day 3 or 4, which is the gateway to the Frog Cave dungeon.

Appearance:

General:A small, shallow water body with grassy or rocky shores. After the Frog Invasion Update, various types of frogs are visibly present around it from Day 3 onwards.
Atmosphere:The Pond's atmosphere shifts dramatically from a peaceful fishing spot in the early minutes to a tense, dangerous area once frogs begin to spawn.
Special variant:On Day 3 or 4, a larger Pond near the campfire develops a swirling whirlpool, which serves as an entrance to the Frog Cave.
