Description
Crystal Skull Key is a glowing, crystalline skull that serves as the central collectible for the Jungle Biome's main quest. Players must collect four Crystal Skull Keys (sometimes called 'Skull Trial Stones' in community guides) from Jungle Temple challenge routes. Placing all four on the main temple's altar unlocks the secret treasure room and its high-tier rewards.

Each temple contains exactly one Crystal Skull Key. Once you take the key from its altar, a trap is triggered, so be prepared to use the designated rope exit to escape quickly.
Bringing a ranged weapon is highly recommended to safely deal with the poison-arrow-shooting Jungle Cultists guarding each temple.
The main temple, where the keys are used, is typically the largest of the four and can be identified by the four distinct altars on its roof.
If you're having trouble surviving the poison traps and enemies, craft and wear Poison Armor for its resistance.
